In 2007, David Letterman celebrated his 25th year hosting this mix of A-list interviews, musical performances and their famous   Stupid Pet and Human Tricks segments. The show is taped from Monday-Thursday in The Ed Sullivan Theater, named for an odd-looking, strange-sounding, forward-thinking man who had the foresight to introduce American audiences to The Beatles and feature everyone from Edith Piaf to George Carlin.
